Dave - My fabulous daughter who also reads your newsletter, included your book with other birthday gifts. I look forward to reading your, 'Please Scream Inside Your Heart.'
Re: Bibi Gunning. Netanyahu missed the mark in asking what the U.S would do if terrorists attacked El Paso and San Diego . . . By a couple of centuries. Just look around the Native American reservations in the Southwest for the answer to what the U.S did/handled those living in the area who objected to it taking over the region. Look familiar? Ever hear of The Trail of Tears when oil was discovered on reservations and those living on them were forced to march to another, totally different area. Look familiar?
I read in the local newspaper an article about Hurricane Helena in which someone who choose to remain on his boat was quoted as saying if the hurricane were to crush him along with his boat it would be God’s will. Not to be morbid about it, but perhaps Florida, Georgia, and North Carolina are experiencing “God’s will” for harboring so many climate change deniers.

Happy birthday!
Enjoy! It’s really good reading.
Great read. We must all bear the shame of Trump but he’s nothing new, just another reminder of the resilience of evil in US History.

What's so rare and so refreshing is how clever you are:.
(It would be surprising if Hezbollah leaders were spending time at Hezbollah HQ these days.)
Long Story Shark
(You know it's only a matter of time before tech bros are living in Shark Mode.)
(In retrospect, he would have been a lot more at home as a Supreme Court justice...) My favorite!!!
(I've got to hike more. Seems like there are nice people in those hills.)
Phuleez. Really? You wrote:
“ Two notable things about this moment. One, America's limited ability to reign in Bibi. And two,”
Surely you know it’s “rein”, as in horse.
Oh, I don’t know. In this context, “reign” seems to fit. <g>
